Job Scope:
Mechanic (Car)- Carry out maintenance servicing and repair of motor vehicles
- Conduct diagnostic checks, troubleshooting, automatic transmission and engine overhaul
- Perform quality checks and road tests on vehicles
- Liaise with Service Advisors on service/repairs-related matters
- Provide support to customer service and workshop
- Maintain facilities and equipment of the workshop
- Any other or ad-hoc assignments by the Workshop Manager
Job Requirements:
- Qualifications in Automotive Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of various makes and models of vehicles
- Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods
