You will support the day-to-day warehouse operations and logistics activities of our supply chain department, ensuring smooth warehouse operations, accurate inventory management, and efficient coordination of inbound and outbound logistics. This role is essential in maintaining efficient supply chain processes, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration between various departments.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively with internal teams and external logistics partners.
Responsibilities- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking,
- Track and maintain accurate inventory records using WMS and other
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments with logistics providers, freight
- Prepare and process shipping, customs, and logistics documentation (e.g.,
- Monitor shipments/delivery timelines and resolve any logistics discrepancies
- Update/Interact with internal teams (sales, customer service, operations),
- Support demand planning and product allocation to maintain optimal stock
- Ensure warehouse compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Generate reports on warehouse and logistics activities, including stock
- Assist in ad-hoc warehouse and logistics-related tasks to support
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP/WMS systems, SAP and other
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an SME and
- Knowledge of import/export documentation and customs clearance is a plus
