PROJECT COORDINATOR
About the role
Seeking a talented and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the successful delivery of our projects (Term Contract & Adhoc Work).
What you'll be doing- Liaise with clients, Managing Agent and Related InCharge Department to ensure seamless project coordination and communication.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate the procurement of materials and services required for project completion
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the management team
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards
- Provide administrative support, including documentation, record-keeping, and reporting
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a project coordination or project management role within the construction or interior design industry .
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
- Proficient in using project management software and tools
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Familiarity with construction processes, materials, and industry regulations
