We are currently partnering with a global investment firm that is looking to hire a Private Equity Associate to join their team in Singapore. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in‑depth financial modelling, valuation analysis, and investment due diligence Support end‑to‑end transaction execution, including industry research, deal structuring, and preparation of investment committee materials Monitor existing portfolio companies and assist with strategic value‑creation initiatives Prepare internal reports, dashboards, and performance updates for senior leadership Requirements: At least 5 years of private equity or buy‑side experience Strong foundation in financial modelling, valuation, and transaction analysis International exposure (must have lived, worked, or studied outside Singapore) Experience working on global or regional deals is highly desirable Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with global stakeholders If you are interested, please apply online today.
