About the role

Talent Blaze Pte Ltd is seeking a driven and experienced Recruitment Agency Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new client opportunities, as well as developing and nurturing existing relationships to drive business growth.

What you'll be doing
  • Prospecting and sourcing new client leads through networking, cold-calling, and other proactive outreach methods
  • Arranging and conducting client meetings to pitch Talent Blaze's recruitment services and solutions
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to convert leads into clients
  • Managing and growing existing client accounts by delivering exceptional service and identifying new opportunities
  • Collaborating with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and ensure successful placements
  • Tracking and reporting on key performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience within the recruitment industry
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively pitch to and negotiate with clients
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and the ability to identify client needs
  • Exceptional relationship-building and client management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive business growth
  • CEI certification will be regarded as an advantage
  • Proven success in business development within recruitment or B2B consulting
