Operation supervisor - Yishun

The Operation Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day operations to ensure that all work activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and according to company standards and project requirements. The role involves managing manpower, materials, and workflow while maintaining communication between management, clients, and site personnel to ensure smooth operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise daily operations at project sites, warehouses, or service locations.
• Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment to meet operational requirements.
• Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers for project and operational matters.
• Prepare daily progress reports, attendance, and material usage records.
• Ensure all workers follow Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and safe work procedures.
• Report operational issues, delays, or incidents promptly to the Operation/Project Manager.
• Support management in logistics coordination and planning of multiple projects.
• Provide guidance, training, and supervision to workers to ensure productivity and discipline.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Certificate in Engineering, Construction, Logistics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations or site supervision.
• Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of construction, logistics, or maintenance operations.
• Familiar with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and environmental standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email) for reporting and documentation.
• WSH Safety Supervisor / BCSS / bizSAFE Level 2 certification preferred.
• Possession of a Class 3 Driving Licence is an advantage.
