Engineer, Facilities Management - Bedok

Contract duration: 12 months

Job Descriptions:

• Ensuring assigned maintenance activities are carried out in a timely manner.
• Managing internal and external stakeholders such as tenants, contractors and colleagues.
• Managing assigned A&A and minor repair works.
• Coming up with and supporting initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity of facilities management operations.
• Develop detailed work specifications, obtain price quotes, assess proposals, and make recommendations for award.
• Carry out site inspections, in both indoor and outdoor environment.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Estate or Facility Management, Real Estate, Property Development, Engineering or equivalent.
• Experienced in end-to-end procurement process
• At least 2–5 years hands-on experience in facilities maintenance, minor A&A, or building operations.
• Practical knowledge of building systems, safety requirements and basic construction/maintenance practices.
• Possession of a valid Singapore Class 3A driving licence is required as this role involves regular driving of light vehicles.
