Job Summary

Manage restaurant operations and lead a team to deliver excellent customer service, ensure stock quality and compliance, oversee equipment functionality, and support business growth through training and operational duties.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of full-time and part-time crew members to achieve operational goals
Train and develop new hires in kitchen, counter, and dining operations to support business growth
Conduct stock checks and place orders while verifying delivery items meet quality specifications and ensuring proper stock storage
Manage sales transactions and cash float during shifts, adhering strictly to Finance and Operations Department cash-handling policies
Deliver service excellence by resolving customer complaints, performing service recovery, and recognizing staff based on customer feedback
Monitor all restaurant equipment functionality and perform simple repairs proactively to maintain smooth operations
Execute additional operational duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Area Manager
