HR Operations officer (1 year) #FR - Geylang
Your new company
A tier1 financial services is looking for a 12 month HR Operations Officer.
Your new role- Drive HR projects as related to Singapore legislation and labour law to ensure compliance and appropriate implementation including all reporting to local regulators
- Extract and organize data for insights in support of a variety of initiatives, including but not limited to, headcount management, diversity & inclusion, talent and performance management, and ongoing audit and management of team data.
- Support the team when needed on HR processes including talent management, engagement surveys, performance management, diversity, mobility
- Project manage or support ad hoc projects as needed.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as you will ideally have:
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience
- Ability to handle OED Surveys, requests and enquiries from MAS and other regulatory bodies.
- Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality
