Housekeeping Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily housekeeping operations and room assignments
  • Ensure timely turnaround of check-out and occupied rooms
  • Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas
  • Monitor cleanliness standards and follow up on defects
  • Assist in manpower deployment and coverage planning
  • Support inventory control of linen, amenities, and supplies
  • Work closely with Front Office and Engineering teams
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, and grooming standards
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 -5 years of housekeeping or hospitality experience
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high occupancy environment
  • Good coordination and communication skills
  • Responsible, hands-on, and a team player
  • Able to perform shift work, including weekends and public holidays
