Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily housekeeping operations and room assignments
- Ensure timely turnaround of check-out and occupied rooms
- Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas
- Monitor cleanliness standards and follow up on defects
- Assist in manpower deployment and coverage planning
- Support inventory control of linen, amenities, and supplies
- Work closely with Front Office and Engineering teams
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, and grooming standards
- Minimum 3 -5 years of housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high occupancy environment
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Responsible, hands-on, and a team player
- Able to perform shift work, including weekends and public holidays
