Part-time/ Temp Admin Assistant - Geylang

Highlights:

Key Responsibilities:

• General admin support (filing, scheduling, document handling, reception)
• Maintain supplies, facilities, and equipment for clinical and office operations
• Assist with procurement, vendor coordination, and invoice processing
• Support onboarding, leave applications, and staff access management
• Handle company records (sorting, archiving, and system updates)
• Provide support for training programmes and events (setup, materials, reports)
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Skills:

• Possess internship or 2–3 years of relevant admin experience preferred (but not required)
• Fresh graduates or candidates with no experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
• Strong coordination and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to multitask and work with different departments
• Basic IT or system support knowledge is a plus
