Job Summary

Manage medium to large-scale construction projects by leading teams, overseeing budgets, schedules, and risks, and ensuring compliance with construction methods, contracts, and safety regulations.

• Lead and manage project teams to deliver construction projects on time and within budget
• Apply knowledge of construction contracts and project management practices to ensure project compliance and success
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and risks to mitigate issues and maintain progress
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and negotiate to resolve project challenges
• Utilize project management tools such as Primavera and MS Project to plan, track, and report project status
• Ensure adherence to construction methods, materials standards, and safety regulations throughout project execution
• Interpret and apply contract forms including FIDIC, Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA) Conditions of Contract, and Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC) as relevant
