Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory accurately and safely.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse area.
• Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and reporting discrepancies.

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Manage and lead warehouse staff, ensuring proper training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and operational procedures.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

• At least 3 year of experience in warehouse operations with supervisory duties.
• Experience in 3PL and a valid forklift license are a plus.
• Immediate or short-notice availability preferred.
