Primary responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the department.
Specific responsibilities:
- Receiving, registration and opening of Samples
- Preparation of worksheet to be passed down with samples for Analysts to do testing
- Receive reports of post-test activities to enter data and process invoices
- Materials Order & Dispatch (sampling kits)
- General housekeeping for stores
- Filing in accordance of 5S
- Data entry for Admin Supervisor so as to process invoices
- Carry out any other Administrative work as assigned
- Upkeep the cleanliness of work areas, Store & Sample Room
- Maintain good housekeeping
- Perform any tasks as assigned by the superior
Requirements:
