Sales & Business Development
As a key player in a small company, you will own the sales process—identifying leads, closing deals, and securing long-term contracts. You’ll develop proposals, negotiate pricing, and manage the sales pipeline to meet growth targets. Building strong client relationships, driving repeat business, and uncovering upsell opportunities will be key.Collaborating with the team, you'll align marketing strategies with sales goals to support revenue growth and exceed KPIs.
Client Relationship & Communication
Serve as the main point of contact for both new and existing clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and ensuring expectations are met. Facilitate clear communication across internal teams and clients. Pitch new social media strategies and quotation, campaigns, and ideas, and regularly collaborate with clients to refine strategies based on real-time performance data and evolving goals.
Strategic Direction
Actively participate in shaping the strategic direction of the company by contributing ideas, insights, and recommendations to leadership. Collaborate with senior management to align marketing efforts with the overall business objectives, ensuring that campaigns and initiatives support the company’s long-term goals and growth.
Project Coordination
Manage and collaborate with internal teams, including content creators, designers, and paid media specialists, to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns and projects. Oversee the implementation of social media strategies, ensuring that all campaigns are executed efficiently and align with client goals and business objectives.Ensure that deadlines are met, resources are effectively utilized, and quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Content Creation
Actively participate in content production, including ideation, scripting, filming, and post-production. Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative concepts and ensure high-quality content that aligns with the company's marketing strategy and client objectives.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights and other social media tools, track KPIs, and present actionable insights to clients. Regularly report on campaign success, including metrics like engagement, conversions, and ROI, and adjust strategies to maximize results.
Team’s Productivity
Optimize team efficiency by monitoring and managing staff task hours and ensuring effective time allocation. Actively research and recommend tools, software, and strategies to enhance productivity and streamline workflows, helping the team meet deadlines and achieve high-quality results.
