Operations & Maintenance Supervisor (Entry Level)

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, day-to-day operations of the facility
Be responsible for the overall maintenance and repair works of the plant equipment
Lead a group of foreign workers, hauliers and tanker attendants e.g. addressing issues or grievances, ensure proper facilitation of their job assignments and etc
Oversee and commit to plant safety procedures: WHS, FS
Ensure stock count for cylinder tracking is timely and accurately reflected in our in-house system
Communicate with other departments or parts of the plant to make sure everything runs smoothly
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement

Minimum Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Plant machinery maintenance
No experience required as training will be provided
Self-driven and proactive
Willing to work OT when required

Operations & Maintenance Supervisor/Manager (With Experience, up till $4500/month)

Requirement

Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Plant machinery maintenance
Relevant work experience in Petroleum/Oil and Gas is preferred
At least 2 years of working experience preferably in Plant
Experience ensuring overall maintenance and repair works of the plant equipment.
Proven supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
Self-driven and proactive
Willing to work OT when required
