Job Summary

Handle international freight forwarding and logistics operations, including shipment processing, documentation, and stock management in an office environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate Import/Export shipment
Apply knowledge of incoterms and international freight terms to ensure compliance and smooth shipment handling
Generate Quotations
Issue Purchase Orders
Receive stock and generate Goods Receiving Notes (GRN) to ensure accurate inventory records
Issue Delivery Orders
Monitor stock levels regularly to maintain optimal inventory and prevent shortages

Required competencies and certifications

Experience in freight forwarding and shipment operations
Good knowledge of incoterms and international freight terms
Able to converse in English and Mandarin

Other Information

Office working environment (not warehouse)
5 days works (Monday to Friday)
