• Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries promptly and courteously
• Manage appointments, meeting room bookings, and front desk administration
• Maintain proper records, files, and documentation
• Assist in customer service tasks, including handling feedback and requests
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to address customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide accurate information on products, services, policies, and procedures
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards
• Update and maintain customer records and interaction details in the system
• Follow call scripts and company quality guidelines
• Escalate complex cases to relevant departments when necessary
• Requirements
• Prior experience in front desk, reception, or customer service roles is an advantage
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office and basic office systems
• Able to work on weekends when required
• Service-oriented, polite, and able to handle fast-paced environments
