Operation Manager (Construction)

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all construction site operations, ensuring efficient project execution from planning to completion.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily construction site operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project schedules, milestones, and resources
- Manage manpower, equipment, and material allocation across multiple sites
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates and reports to management
- Resolve site issues, delays, and technical challenges effectively
- Supervise site supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors
- Control project costs and support budget management
- Coordinate procurement and logistics for site operations
- Ensure strict adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations
- Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement
- REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in construction/site operations
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Good knowledge of Singapore construction regulations and WSH standards
- Ability to manage multiple sites and tight deadlines
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in project planning and reporting
