Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Smart Contract Developer to lead the development of secure, efficient, and scalable smart contracts on Ethereum and Solana blockchain platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Solidity for Ethereum and Rust for Solana, strong security focus, and leadership abilities to mentor a team and guide architecture decisions.Key
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity (Ethereum) and Rust (Solana).
- Lead development and integration of smart contracts with front-end and back-end systems.
- Perform rigorous testing, auditing, debugging, and optimization to ensure contract security and gas efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver blockchain-based solutions meeting business requirements.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging tech, and security best practices related to Ethereum and Solana ecosystems.
- Produce clear documentation and promote best practices in smart contract development.
- 5+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years focused on smart contract development.
- Expert proficiency in Solidity and Rust (specifically for Solana smart contracts).
- Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, cryptography, consensus protocols, and decentralized systems.
- Experience with development frameworks and tools such as Truffle, Hardhat, Remix, Foundry, and Solana development toolkits.
- Familiarity with integration of smart contracts with dApps through Web3.js, Ethers.js, or Solana SDKs.
- Proven track record in smart contract security, including audits and mitigation of vulnerabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and team leadership experience.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
