Senior Beauty Therapist

Key Responsibilities:

Position Summary:

The Senior Beauty Therapist is an experienced professional responsible for delivering high-quality beauty treatments while providing expert consultation and personalized recommendations to clients. Combines strong customer service and sales skills with hands-on treatment expertise to support the shop’s overall performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Consultation & Sales

• Conduct in-depth consultations to assess clients’ skin or body conditions, understand concerns, and propose tailored solutions.
• Recommend suitable treatments, packages, and retail products based on professional knowledge and customer needs.
• Achieve individual sales targets by promoting packages and value-added services.
• Perform customer follow-up through WhatsApp or in person to build long-term relationships, confirm appointments, and provide aftercare support.
• Maintain accurate and updated customer records, treatment feedback, and service notes.

1. Beauty Treatment Services

• Perform a wide range of advanced beauty treatments (e.g., facial, hair removal, etc.) according to company protocols and hygiene standards.
• Ensure consistent and professional service delivery that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
• Provide aftercare advice and ensure customers feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for during each visit.

1. Shop & Team Support

• Assist in daily opening/closing duties, including product setup, treatment room readiness, and cleanliness.
• Help with stock checks, inventory replenishment, and basic shop upkeep.
• Participate in internal training, promotions, and campaigns to improve skills and contribute to the shop’s performance.
• Work closely with the Shop In-charge and team to maintain smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• Relevant beauty certification (e.g., CIBTAC, CIDESCO, WSQ, or equivalent).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hair removal or other beauty treatments preferred.
• Sales-driven and passionate about helping customers achieve their beauty goals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays as rostered.
• Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) will be an advantage to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base, internal operations and department

Reporting To:

• Shop In-charge / Supervisor
