Business Development Executive

You will play a key part in the back-end support that enables the team to execute strategies and drive business growth. If you're detail-oriented and thrive in a dynamic environment, we’d love to have you on our team!

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update client databases, contact lists, and sales records.
• Assist with follow-ups, meeting scheduling, and coordination for business development activities.
• Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and reports for internal and client meetings.
• Conduct basic market research and compile relevant industry and competitor data.
• Help plan and organize business development initiatives, including events or outreach efforts.
• Handle general administrative duties such as managing calendars, filing, and email correspondence.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of client requests and proposals.
• Help maintain positive relationships with clients by ensuring timely responses and support.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
• 1+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply and be considered).
• Able to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in office software and basic data handling
• A team player with a willingness to learn
