Job Description:
- Develop sourcing strategies to support operational and project requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard both local and overseas suppliers.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and supply agreements with vendors.
- Expand and maintain the company’s supplier and vendor network.
- Support the development and implementation of procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and continuity of supply.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Assist the Managing Director with administrative duties, including coordination, documentation, scheduling, and operational support as required.
- Diploma/Degree in Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft software and able to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Able to multitask, work independently, and support the Managing Director professionally.
