We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant Manager to support daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and improve efficiency in logistics and wholesale distribution. This role involves supervising warehouse staff, coordinating, and maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
• Oversee receiving, storing of goods while maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Implement and enforce warehouse policies, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for smooth operations.
• Train and mentor warehouse employees to improve performance and compliance.
• Monitor stock levels and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Resolve any operational issues and troubleshooting.

Requirements:
