Job Title: Client Service Executive / Executive Assistant
Job Purpose:
As a Client Service Executive / Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring clients—from local hospitals, private laboratories, and overseas institutions—receive high-quality, prompt, and professional support. This role is at the heart of our operations, requiring a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement & Support
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Provide accurate and verified laboratory reports while maintaining strict patient confidentiality.
Assist clients with service requests, pricing details, and test results.- Laboratory & Sample Coordination
Manage sample receipts, data entry into the Laboratory Information System (LIS), and accurate sample labeling.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of client requests and efficient handling of laboratory samples.
Maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.- Inventory & Document Management
- Research Project Management
Support research initiatives by coordinating project documentation, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
Assist in tracking project progress and liaise with internal and external research teams to facilitate smooth execution of research projects.- Operational Efficiency

Work closely with colleagues across departments to foster a team-oriented environment.
Support initiatives to improve service delivery and streamline workflows.
Who We Are Looking For:
Diploma holder (preferably in Biomedical Sciences or related fields).
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office will be an advantage.
Good communication skills in English, with strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, stay organised, and work effectively in a team.
Knowledge of clinical lab tests is a plus but not mandatory.
