Contract Duration: 12 months

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the facility and maintenance contract through daily inspection
• Manage and check fault/breakdown report system by contractor including verifying report
• Manage and check horticulture maintenance works.
• Manage and check pest control maintenance works including verification
• Manage and ensure housekeeping contract including planned/unplanned, daily inspection and monthly claim verification.
• Manage and ensure all housekeeping inspection checklist submission including monthly performance scoring
• Assisting in the execution of annual total power shut down
• Assisting and maintain all asset items are properly documented
• Assists in the office renovation and configuration works
• Assists in the monitoring of water and electricity consumptions and checking on the monthly payment bills to ensure correct billings
• Assists in telephone line feedback and follow up accordingly
• Assists in logistic management such as furniture arrangement in the Club House for events and functions organised by the Divisions/staff

Job Requirements:

• NITEC in Facility Technology or Higher NITEC in Facilities Management & Engineering
• Relevant experience in facilities management will be ideal.
