Brief Summary:

Join a dynamic team as a Product Listing Specialist to manage and enhance e-commerce product listings while ensuring seamless order fulfilment. Utilize your expertise to drive performance and improvements across various digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize product listings on multiple e-commerce platforms for accuracy in details, pricing, and inventory levels.
Collaborate with the Order Fulfilment team to streamline processes and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Reconcile platform transactions and address discrepancies in partnership with the Finance department.
Maintain records and generate reports to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
Plan, execute, and analyze advertising campaigns, providing insights to enhance sales performance.
Support technical requirements for the e-commerce site, including updates, payment modules, and integrations.
Collaborate with IT on digital enhancements and platform improvements.
Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Communications, or related fields.
Relevant experience with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Lazada, Shopee).
A basic understanding of digital marketing principles (SEO, Facebook/Google Ads) is advantageous.
Familiarity with key digital tools and platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with diverse teams.
