Inside Sales / Sales Coordinator/ Sales Admin (West/ 5D/ Salary up $3k)

Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales / Sales Coordinator/ Sales Admin to provided administrative support for customer orders . You will prepare PO, DO & quotation for customers’ requirements. Liaise with operation, sales team & freight forwarders for daily smooth operations.

• Provide administrative support to clients and sales department
• To prepare PO, DO & quotation for customers’ and sales team requirements
• Coordinate with delivery arrangement, incoming and outgoing shipment
• Prepare invoices and follow up the payment of customers
• Liaise with operation, sales team & freight forwarders for daily smooth operations
• Any other administrative work assigned by manager

• At least O Level and above or equivalent
• Min 2-3 year of relevant working experiences in shipping for import and export
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
