IT Administrator [ Splunk Software / 5 days ]

Basic Salary: $5000 - $6000

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the organization’s Splunk infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and upgrades of forwarders, indexers, search heads, and deployment servers.
• Design and implement data indexing, retention, and archiving strategies to ensure optimal performance and storage efficiency.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain dashboards, reports, and alerts to deliver actionable insights for IT operations and business stakeholders.
• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot infrastructure or integration problems to ensure system stability and availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to integrate Splunk with various applications and systems.
• Enforce data security, access controls, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Provide hands-on support for technical challenges related to Splunk security solutions and analytics tools.
• Apply expertise in IT operations and data analytics to enhance monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Splunk architecture and infrastructure
• Familiar with Windows/Linux, enterprise software, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and scripting (Python, Ansible).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
