• Plan, coordinate, and execute a comprehensive calendar of marketing and promotional events, ensuring seamless execution from inception to post-event analysis.
• Manage event budgets, logistics, branding, and ensure all aspects align with company goals and standards.
• Drive event attendance and engagement through innovative outreach strategies and targeted marketing efforts.
• Foster ongoing engagement with audiences via newsletters, social media groups, campaigns, and special initiatives.
• Support the development of marketing collateral, promotional materials, and content to enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics, campaign performance, and industry trends to inform future strategies.
• Assist in executing integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, email outreach, content creation, and social media management.

• Diploma in Mass Communication, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing, event management, or a similar role.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop is an advantage.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
