Asset Management Expert [Permanent / Real Estate / Central] - Toa Payoh

RecruitFirst is hiring! We are looking for passionate and energetic talents as a Asset Management Expert to join my client for in the Real Estate Industry!

• Assist in developing and maintaining financial and asset models to evaluate and report on the performance of both retail and commercial assets, at the property and portfolio level.
• Support the preparation of performance dashboards and management reports to provide insights and track key metrics.
• Support the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets, reforecasts, and financial projections across the retail and commercial portfolios.
• Conduct research and compile analysis on retail and commercial market trends, tenant behavior, catchment demographics, and competitive landscapes.
• Prepare market intelligence reports to support leasing, positioning, and investment decisions.
• Contribute to asset management strategies for both retail and commercial properties, including performance benchmarking, positioning, tenant/trade mix and space utilization
• Assist in the formulation and implementation of asset-specific or portfolio-wide initiatives, including leasing, marketing, digitalization, sustainability, and operational excellence projects.
• Provide coordination and analytical support for cross-functional or ad-hoc projects.
• Identify and propose improvements to internal processes, reporting tools, and workflows to enhance productivity, data accuracy, and stakeholder visibility.

• Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in real estate asset management
• Highly numerate with sharp analytical, research and problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
• Proactive and results drive
