About the role
We are seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our dedicated team at Top Faith Pte Ltd. This full-time position is based in Potong Pasir, Central Region. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and high-quality aged care to our residents.
What you'll be doing- Delivering comprehensive nursing care to our elderly residents according to their individualised care plans
- Monitoring the health and wellbeing of residents, and promptly reporting any changes or concerns to the Registered Nurse
- Assisting with the administration of medication under the direction of a Registered Nurse
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Promoting a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents
- A current Enrolled Nurse registration with the Singapore Nursing Board
- Minimum 2 years' experience working as an Enrolled Nurse in the aged care or healthcare sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise and work compassionately with elderly residents
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for providing high-quality aged care
