Quality Assurance Assistant/ Technician | 5 Day, West, MNC

• Mon to Fri, Office hours
• QA Assistant (Basic up $3200); QA Technician/ Operator (Basic up $2000)

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine quality inspections and maintain quality control inspection and testing procedures for raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Ensure only approved, conforming products are formally released and delivered to customers in accordance with customer requirements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Production, Engineering, and Maintenance to ensure product quality and prompt resolution of non-conforming items.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate superior to support quality operations.

• Support the QA Manager in implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) to achieve key performance indicators and ensure ongoing site certification. Act as the site focal point for Quality Systems, providing guidance and support on quality-related matters.
• Execute quality goals and strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Administer the site QMS, including document control, audit coordination, management of change (MOC), training facilitation, records control, NCR management, and CAPA follow-up.
• Collaborate with site teams on processes, procedures, and work instructions to ensure QMS effectiveness.
• Oversee quality assurance activities to ensure products meet company and customer standards, including monitoring production processes, investigating customer complaints, and ensuring compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements.
• Perform additional duties as required to support the effective operation and continuous improvement of the QMS.

• Min ITE, Nitec / Higher NITEC related field (QA Technician) / Min Diploma/ Degree in Quality Management (QA Assistant)
• QA experience in manufacturing site preferred
• Knowledge in ISO, Food packaging/manufacturing procedure will be a plus
