• Prepare correspondence emails, letters, statements, documents, and reports
• Process the administration work for government authorities, associations, company’s head office, customers and visitors
• Draft company's policies, regulations, rules, and supervise the implementation.
• Possess legal knowledge and liaise with law firm to handling legal issues.
• Handle public relationship issues.
• Fully in charge other administration issue for the company
• Handle customers and visitors administrative and logistic arrangement
• Organize the relevant departments for the events planning and implement
• Provide backup support for colleagues in IT and HR positions.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned by superiors.
