We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team on a 6-month contract basis, with the potential to convert to a permanent position. If you're passionate about delivering excellent customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities- Provide prompt, accurate service for order processing via hotline, email, and sales orders
- Coordinate with delivery teams on urgent/special requests, ensuring timely completion
- Ensure compliance with procedures for restricted sales items and price approvals
- Liaise with customers, principals, warehouse, and delivery teams to manage order and delivery flow
- Investigate and resolve customer issues or escalate appropriately
- Offer administrative support, including filing, data entry, and documentation as needed
- Diploma in any discipline
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
