Role Overview

We are looking for a Retail / Store Manager who is passionate about the retail industry and committed to delivering excellent customer service. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team, managing day-to-day store operations, and driving store performance through effective leadership, sales strategies, and customer engagement.

• Report directly to the Block Manager.
• Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and teamwork.
• Manage sales performance, merchandise mix, and stock levels to ensure optimal store profitability.
• Analyze sales results and implement improvement strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and execute store improvement plans.
• Collaborate with the Merchandising and Visual Merchandising teams for inventory and in-store displays.
• Conduct on-the-job and customer service training for retail staff.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and effectively.
• Oversee inventory control, ordering, and stock delivery coordination.
• Monitor store expenses and implement cost-control measures.
• Ensure high service levels and operational efficiency.

• Diploma in Retail Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a managerial position within retail.
