Sales Account Representative (Food Service)

Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts by developing and executing tailored sales strategies for meat & seafood category to achieve revenue targets and deepen client partnerships.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with hotels, restaurants, cafes, catering services, and other F&B establishments.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key account customers.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and promotions to drive sales.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights for business growth.
Collaborate with procurement and supply chain team to ensure product availability and promotional effectiveness.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Prerequisites

Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in meat & seafood, food ingredients, or related industries.
Proven track record in B2B sales, key account management, and business development.
Diploma is Business Management, Culinary Art or its equivalent.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
