Head Business Development/Commercial Leader (In Automotive Financing)

- Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $15,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue and profitability through innovative financing solutions.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities to grow market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, financial institutions, industry partners and regulators.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis and lead sales planning and
- Explore new sales channels to expand the reach of the company’s automotive financing products.
- Oversee deal structuring in line with risk and legal standards.
- Develop and manage a team of high-performing business development executives and oversee loan operations from onboarding of dealers to disbursement.
- Track performance metrics and report to senior management.
- Other ad-hoc activities assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in business development, with 5+ in automotive finance.
- Familiarity with Hire Purchase and MAS regulations.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
