This job requires an immediate start

• -To follow up with customers enquiries, matters via Emails, Whatsapp & Phone calls.
• -To prepare quotations, send greetings and updates cars details to customers.
• -To be able to listen and understand customers’ situation well in order to provide good solution.
• -To develop good rapport and respond fast to customer needs.
• -To understand and resolve any feedback from the customers.
• -To build honesty and trust relationships with customers.
• -To follow-up closely and secure daily appointments with customers.
• -To help in administrative duties such as photocopying and filing when necessary.
• -To provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• -Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• -No experience required, Company training will be provided.
• -Friendly, honest, open minded, responsible and positive attitude.
• -Excellent communication skills.
