As an Operations Assistant Manager , you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational goals with organizational objectives and long-term vision.
• Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategies for service expansion, partnerships, and process improvements.
• Oversee the financial performance of the clinics, managing budgets, expenses, and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with finance teams to analyze financial reports, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure financial sustainability.
• Manage daily operations of specialist clinics, ensuring efficient service delivery and high patient satisfaction.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices across clinics.
• Ensure compliance with necessary authorities and accreditation requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of clinic operation staff.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and accountability.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and compliance standards.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of clinical and service quality.
• Manage business and handle data, reports, and P&L.
• Attend business related events.

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in healthcare operations
• Experienced in setting up healthcare centres / clinics will be added advantage
