About the role

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of up to $4,000 per month.

• Manage and supervise the store's team of sales associates, providing coaching, training and performance feedback
• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment and merchandising to optimise product availability and sales
• Analyse sales data and customer trends to identify opportunities for growth and implement effective sales strategies
• Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, organisation and visual merchandising
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and requests in a professional and efficient manner
• Assist the Store Manager in developing and implementing operational plans and budgets
• Comply with company policies, procedures and health and safety regulations

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and implement solutions
• Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
