Airfreight Operations Executive
Location: Changi CargoSalary: Basic Up To $3500 + Variable Bonus
Work Schedule: 5.5 days (alternate Saturdays)
Key Responsibilities- Manage cargo bookings with airlines or co-loaders and coordinate end-to-end pickup and delivery schedules.
- Liaise with truckers, ground handlers, and overseas agents to ensure smooth and efficient cargo operations.
- Prepare, check, and process all shipping documentation, including air waybills (AWB), invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork.
- Monitor shipment status, provide timely updates, and resolve operational issues such as delays, discrepancies, or damages.
- Ensure adherence to IATA regulations, Dangerous Goods (DG) handling requirements, and relevant local security standards.
- Handle billing processes, including verifying supplier invoices and preparing client billing accurately and in a timely manner.
- Possess some knowledge in Air logistics will be an advantage
- Able to use and handle Microsoft Office and all emails
