Safety Coordinator - LTA/MRT - Bukit Merah

• Conducting regular site inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential health and safety risks
• Providing safety training and guidance to workers to improve their understanding and compliance with safety protocols
• Investigating and reporting on any incidents or accidents, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Liaising with project managers and clients to ensure safety requirements are met
• Maintaining comprehensive safety records and documentation
• Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant health and safety regulations and best practices

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Safety Coordinator or in a similar role within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, particularly in the context of LTA/MRT projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with workers and stakeholders
• Ability to think critically, identify risks, and develop practical solutions to safety challenges
