Job Description
Main Responsibilities- Manage daily operations, staffing, and store upkeep.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Hire, train, and coach staff.
- Handle inventory and ordering.
- Ensure product quality and consistency.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards.
- Control costs and drive profitability.
- Support marketing and promotional efforts.
- Ensure regulatory compliance.
- Track performance and report to management.
- Minimum 2 years of assistant manager experience in retail management, preferably in the F&B industry
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Responsible, highly motivated and proactive individual with regular and punctual attendance.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, work evening, weekends, and holidays as needed
