ey Responsibilities

Lead and manage all operational functions, including trade settlement, portfolio administration, compliance support, and client reporting
Develop and implement operational policies, systems, and procedures to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with investment, finance, legal, and compliance teams to support seamless business operations
Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
Manage relationships with external service providers such as custodians, fund administrators, and technology vendors
Oversee risk management and internal controls across all operational areas
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory frameworks and industry standards

Requirements

Strong knowledge of investment products, fund structures, middle and back office functions
Proven leadership and people management skills
Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., SC, MAS, SEC, or other local regulators)
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications such as CPA, CFA preferred)
