Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to uncover insights.
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Create personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
- Provide expert recommendations to improve user flows, interfaces, and overall experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and designers.
- Facilitate workshops and design sprints to align stakeholders on UX strategy.
- Present findings and design solutions to clients and internal teams.
- Stay current with UX trends, tools, and best practices to inform recommendations.
- An experienced and user-centered UX Consultant to provide strategic and tactical expertise in improving the usability, accessibility, and satisfaction of our digital products. This role involves conducting user research, analyzing behavior, and delivering actionable design recommendations that align with business goals and user needs.
Requirement:
- Min 5 years' experience as UX consultant
