Sales Manager/ Engineer

About the role

As a Sales Manager/Engineer with ASCENTIAL MEDICAL & LIFE SCIENCES (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD.Responsible for engaging customers, explaining the technical and functional aspect of the automation needs. Provide proposal to customers on the solution given by Application / Design department

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Present services to customers and plan detailed presentation on company’s capability and service provided.
• Engage with customers to bring in sales revenue and achieving the given target.
• Develop new customer base locally and cross borders, turning enquiries into sales.
• Collaborate with Application Engineers and Designers to provide a turnkey solution.
• Manage and maintain customer expectations.
• Responsible for ensuring costing of the sales is correct.
• Negotiate with customer for pricing advantage to company
• Provide ideas and sales approaches to improve and increase sales revenue.
• To use social media tools to increase company’s profile and provide potential market effort to promote company’s presence in the market.
• Provide budget to the operational team to kick start project after customer awarded orders to company.

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering Discipline
• 3 years’ experience as a Sales Manager / Engineer in medical automation or system integration environment with exposure across various industries.
• Ability to gather information, correlate information and make informal and formal presentations to employees and customers
• Participate in and effectively communicate in group discussions and meetings
