Provide high-level coordination and administrative support to multiple senior leaders, ensuring priorities, schedules, and deliverables are effectively managed.
  • Manage complex calendars, organize meetings and leadership sessions, and ensure seamless execution of agendas, logistics, and follow-ups.
  • Handle travel planning, expense administration, and operational tasks in line with company policies and standards.
  • Act as a key communication bridge across teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely information flow.
  • Support events, team initiatives, and process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience supporting senior executives in a dynamic, MNC environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
