TFLO is seeking a Sales and Administration Manager to help grow our presence in the corporate and commercial construction sector. This is a hybrid role that combines client development, administrative coordination, and ground team support. It is ideal for someone looking to make an impact across both client-facing and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial and corporate sectorsManage quotations and tender submissions with attention to accuracy, deadlines, and competitiveness
Collaborate closely with the operations and site teams to ensure seamless project handovers and consistent delivery
Support ground staff by coordinating documents, procurement follow-ups, and project-related administration
Maintain clear and organized records of client communications, contracts, and sales activities
Represent TFLO at meetings, briefings, and industry events to build relationships and increase visibility
Support the implementation of digital systems that improve workflow, documentation, and internal coordination
What We Are Looking For
Strong skills in coordination, communication, and administrative follow-throughProactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
Comfortable engaging both internal teams and external clients in a professional manner
Willingness to learn and apply digitalised workflow in a Microsoft centric environment.
Prior experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Project Coordinator, or in a similar role will be an advantage but is not required
