Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a seasoned KYC Project Manager to lead and deliver critical initiatives focused on enhancing and streamlining Know Your Customer (KYC) processes across the organization.
Responsibilities
This role will be instrumental in driving compliance transformation and operational excellence in line with evolving regulatory requirements.
The KYC Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including scoping, planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and reporting. Working closely with Compliance, Operations, Technology, and Front Office stakeholders, the role will oversee the implementation of KYC remediation programs, onboarding enhancements, and process improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening the client due diligence framework.
Requirements
This role requires a strong understanding of KYC and AML regulatory expectations within the banking sector, as well as proven experience managing large-scale or complex cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate brings a combination of regulatory knowledge, process management expertise, and project governance capabilities.Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders are essential.
